Using Outlook Tasks, time fields

Outlook, tasks functions
I use both Outlook2000 and Outlook 2002. I have started using the tasks, and I am using the time fields, “Total work” and “Actual work” I want to always have these fields show “hours” but if I fill in for example 8 hours, it changes it it to display 1 Day. Is there a way so that it always will display time in hours?

Also, I was wondering if there was a way to email a task to someone else? ( I dont use exchange)
