I cannot start Windows. Error message: file is missing or corrupt system32/drivers/isapnp.sys. I ran the Recovery Console and tried to copy the isapnp file but received access denied error. How can I gain access to the file using only the Recovery Console? I also ran the bootfix and it didn’t work. Any help is appreciated.
