Since the rest of the discussions have been boring. I’d thought I would post my UT03 experience from last night.
I was in the mood to play capture the flag and found a server with low ping times and 3 players.
Figured they could use a fourth.
So i join in the game and I’m kickin ass. And then I start to notice that no one is even trying to play. And my own team member was trying to kill me.
It was on a board that I knew well, but I notice that everyone was waiting for me by the flag ans was trying to kill me.
So, on my last death I type in an expleritave “dammit”. And someone types in Leave.
So i’m thinking, WTF?
They type in again Leave, Please.
So I type in ME?

First off, rude. So it dawned on me that maybe this was a private game.

So, (this is where the moral of the story comes in)
me>if you want to play a pvt. game, password protect your server.

If you have not figured it out, If you are hosting any sort of internet game and you don’t want outsiders to join in.
Friggin password protect it.
If you don’t, then don’t get bitchy and act like a girl if someone joins in and starts ripping you to shreds.
