Validation Rule

Hi,

I’m new to Access. I’ve created a table which has double entry fields. For example phone and phone2 fields should be the same. I don’t wish to auto fill phone2 as I require the operator to re-enter the number for quality purposes. How do I set up the validation rule to cater for that? Your help is much appreciated.
