I have read a great deal in the recent press about cost reduction, redundancies, cancellation of projects, cut budgets and doing more with less. With respect to the authors these are all useful topics. However, I am interested in understanding whether anyone looks at what they do from the perspective of ‘value for money’. Is this an important topic for you? If so, how do you go about deciding whether you are currently providing value for money?
