vcard – cannot find the path specified

I have a Windows 2000 machine that was restored from a backup when a disk drive failed. Everything seems to work just fine except trying to open a vCard in Outlook 2000 SR-1. When you try to open the vCard you get the message: “The system cannot find the path specified.” If you forward this vCard to any other Outlook client, they can open it just fine.
