Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 with oracle 9.2

Hi we have installed oracle 9.2 with veritas 9.1 with oracle agent. Every time veritas backs up the databases it crashes the oracle instances. It’s all linked to undo tables. Anybody know how to allow undo files to work properly with veritas oracle agent using backup/oracle in the agent. Apparently it’s a common problem. A volleague of mone has a similar problem with oracle 8 but he can’t remember the solution.
