Veritas Log Displays Blank

I have been trying to get Veritas version 8.5 to show its restore logs but instead is says "None" I deleted the topcat file in the Catalogs folder and still no improvement and Support on Verita's website doesn't seem to have this issue listed. Any idea's?

The most obvious question would be, have you enabled logging for you backup jobs..

I can't tell you right off how to do this as I don't have it right in front of me, but know its an option that can be turned off.

Check the help documentation on this, it is there somewhere.

Couldn't locate a setting that controlled the logs. I checked in the Help section and still no results, best I could do was Catalog and there were no enable or disable settings available. Any more idea's?
