Veritas StorageCentral V5.2

I am currently using version 5.2 of StorageCentral and the “% of Current Used” is not working as I would expect. I am copying a folder to a managed folder with autodetection on subfolders enabled that is 25.2MB in size. I would expect it to be increased by 30% and therefore be allowed 32.76MB. Instead it errors out during the copy process saying not enough storage space is available. This worked fine under Version 5.0. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Veritas tech support has been useless in resolving this issue. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
