very slow view file properties

i am stuck in starange problem , when i try to browse files on other computers over the network,and after the list of files show up, i right click any file (so far every thing working fine) but when i click on properties it took long time (1-2 min.)to show me the properties window, all the computers running win2k sp3 we have win2k server sp3 domain controller.
when i try to logon with a local account i do not have this problem
