Virtual Device Driver

By tonek ·
It is hoped that this is enough info to get
some of my programs running that were running
before and now they don't run and come up
with an error message:

"System\CurrentControlSet\VirtualDeviceDrivers. VDD.Virtual Device Driver in the registry is invalid.Choose close to terminate the application"

Does anyone have a solution or program that they
can refer me to.

I run a Windows 2000 Professional.

Thank You
