Virtual Infrastructure Layout

I am designing a SAN/VMWare/Blade Ctr infrastructure. I have read conflicting information regarding in what order to install. Install the blade centers and VMWare first and then SAN later or vice versa? I have been searching for design layout examples as well. Any help or input would be greatly appreciated.
