I got VMWare working about a week ago and successfully got win95 running ontop of my XFree86 desktop. According to all the documentatin, Linux is supposed to emulate an ethernet card on /dev/vmnet0 for bridged networking with the guest operating system (win95, in this case). My problem, is that Linux can’t emulate the ether card, and consequently win95 can’t detect it. If anyone can help me, I’de be much appreciated.
