Virtual Vista and Office 2003 Installation Problems

I am using Microsoft Virtual Pc 2004 and I have installed vista on to it. does anybody know why I can’t install MS Office 2003 Pro on to it. it keeps telling me that it can’t open one of the .CAB files, I know the CD is working because I used if before and I can still use it now one desktop PC.

any ideas will be a great help, I am thinking of setting up on MS Virtual PC 2007 to see if that works.
