Virtual Windows on Ubuntu host machine with IBM Power9 CPU

Hi all, I’m new to the community.
I’d like to ask you a question about virtual Windows OS on a Power9 machine with Ubuntu as host OS (ex. Talos 2 Workstation).
In your opinion/experience, is it possible to install a Windows 7/10 OS on that system? I’d like to exploit the high advantage of fast data transfer between CPU/GPU through NVLink protocol.
I know that KVM allows to virtualize Windows on Linux host machines, but it requires to check for and setup the hardware virtualization extensions on Intel-based (vmx) or AMD-based (svm) machines, no mention about IBM CPUs.
Thank you for the attention
