Virus removal

I am running Windows ME on a dell laptop with Norton 2002 with autoupdate and the latest definitions. I keep getting parts of the virus “W32.Opaserv.Worm” on my system. Norton quarentines the file but the virus still puts a line in the win.ini to look for the file. I downloaded and run the fix from sysmantec but it tells me that there is no virus on.
