Visio 2000 Windows 2000 Vba not install

Visio 2000 Windows 2000 Vba not install
I am having a problem with Windows 2000 and viso 2000. Visio will not run for a user unless i install. The Visual basic for Applications program when logged on as each user. VBA6.MSI is the installer file that I am having to install for each user. I have to unistall it then reinstall for each user! only have to do it once at least. It is Visio 2000 Technical SR-1
