I purchased a used Toshiba Portege a year ago that had Vista beta software installed on it. I installed new XP online. Obviously the Vista in some way is still in the PC. Today it reverted to Vista and won’t let me in the PC without the password used by the previous owner, which I have no idea what it is. I would like to load my XP again but can’t get into the PC. I am not a techie person so if there is a way to do this let me know, otherwise I will take it to my local shop to get it done. Thanks.
