I moved my user info to another partition on my harddrive hoping to leave enough room for the monster Vista to inhabit. After moving everything I looked at the properties of the user folder on my C: drive only to find out it was 547MB heavy. Full of WHAT? I asked myself as I could see no files or folders or aything of substance. After changing the folder properties to see hidden files I found all the “crap” – folers and folders of “AppData”, “Adobe”, “Google”, “Microsoft”,”Temp” and the list goes on and on and on! How do I get that all to reside on my other partition as to not gunk up my C: Drive so Vista can be the mammoth that it is have all the space it needs to run…..ummmm…. efficiently? I’ve done a clean install twice now trying to get my machine to run a little more cleanly but with all this hidden crap what’s a girl to do?
