It is finishing the new computer setup (sysprep factory sealed) and simply wants to allow you to add an admin password and enter the key from the side (or top or back) of the computer?

It's been a while since I touched a new factory install.

Best to find the Certificate sticker with the KEY number on it first - write the key down - then enter it when required.

You have what is called a OPK Install

It is supplied by M$ to System Builders so that they can sell the software installed but the end user needs to Accept the M$ License Agreement.

You enter your preferred Password when prompted and then when asked enter the 25 Digit Product Key off the Sticker on the case or bottom of a Note Book.

When you finish doing this you will be prompted to accept the M$ End User License Agreement and will then be able to use the computer with the Installed M$ products.
