Visual InterDev & IIS

by agibbs . Updated 25 years, 6 months ago

I’m trying to create a project in InterDev fron the aplication on my IIS 5.0 (Win2K) server. My problem is I have several sub-webs and InterDev won’t let me open the files in my sub-webs. I can open up files in the directory just fine but as soon as I try to open something in the /customers subweb I get a message:

“Unable to get the file ‘blablabla.asp’ Server error: ‘blablabla.asp’ does not refer to a page or folder in this web. It may be a page or folder in a subweb, or it could be a badly formed URL.”

What gives? Can I include a sub-web as part of a project? Do I have to create another project for this sub-web? The only reason I created the sub-web was to use different Shared Borders for that section of the website in FrontPage — I didn’t create a new application.
