Voice/Video conversations

Maybe somebody can help me with this problem.
I am running W2K Server with Win XP Pro on the workstations, would like to be able to have voice/video converstaions on the workstations, but can't seem to get this to work. Web cams and mics are working fine. Do i need to set up a web media server on my server to allow video and voice to stream to the workstations to accomplish this, or is there something i'm missing? Anybody with any idea's i would be very grateful.

If you are using Windows 2000 server you can add the NetMeeting ILS server software easily from the Add/Remove windows components control panel. The ILS is then the IP or DNS of the server.

Just use MSN Messenger and you should be able to have conversations without any problems. If you require any more specific information please ask.
