Hi everyone,
I currently have 2 netgears FVS318v3 which are connected and I am able to ping both LAN’s from both locations and access the domain, so I figure my VPN is good and running, and it has been so for more than several days now without any problems.
My issue is that we have a voip PBX at the head office, and a hard voip phone at the remote office and I can’t seem to be able to make a connection between the two. I’ve called the company that has sold us the system and he says that he is not able to ping the remote site when he’s logged onto the PBX. I tried to ping the pbx from the remote site and everything is going through fine.
Is there something that I’m missing, any special rules that I should be adding to the routers? Any ideas or tips would be greatly appreciated, it’s been a while and now I’m running out of ideas.
