I have a client that has several emails attachments that open and default to a font type called w 1. Which opens into an non legiable format, which is all run together. We have made sure the Virus engine is current and has updated DAT’s, and run an scan. Removed all the Temp files, and tried reloading MS-Word. We currently have Word 97 with OSR2 loaded. We have a work-around already for the client but we would like to elimate the problem ? Any ideas would be appericated.
