W2K box can’t see NT4 box on the SOHO

I’ve recently introduced an NT4 Server box in my W2K SOHO network. My W2K Adv Svr box can’t see the NT4 Svr box on the network. I’ve enabled NT4 to use DHCP, and rechecked my scopes and everything. Is there something else I’m missing??
