W2K Profile Error

When users log onto a particular workstation, they receive a Error Message: The operating system was unable to load your profile. Contact your system adminstrator. I have checked the knowledge base, and located a article which identifies the errorwith Windows NT only. I’m trying to locate a correction for this error in Windows 2000.
