W2K with AD, DHCP,DNS & RAS

I have one W2K server with AD, DHCP,DNS. I would like to enable RAS.

I can and connect with a dial in. However I get an IP address of 169.254.11.194. I also see in the event log: Unable to contact a DHCP server. The Automatic Private IP Address 169.254.11.194 will be assigned to dial-in clients. Clients may be unable to access resources on the network.

Can I use RAS and have DHCP assign on the same server?

any config help will be appreciated.
