Anyone know where I can get a copy of w32time.exe? Is this part of a resource kit?

Windows 2000 Server includes the W32Time Time service tool. The W32Time service is an integrated service in Windows 2000. This service ensures that computer date and time settings are correctly synchronized throughout an organization.

By this question you rote, I thing you are seeing in your event viewer W32time Warnings.
If you are seeing W32time Warnings in the event viewer tell us description of the viewer log. I will help you are sum one ells will help you with the error.
