w98 2d setup

received the following errors while installing w98:
error #65 “setup interrputed; you interrupted setup while it was copying windows files from a setup(.cab) file; setup could not finish copying a file. source file: d:\win98\ienpstub.dll designation file: c:\windows\system\ienpstub.dll=ienpstub.dll”
