Want to change ip address and get a private IP address.

I cannot open account in some specific apps, also cannot open links in some website it is restricting me by saying my IP address has been blocked. The reason may be it has been shared and used by others without me knowing and is used for the purpose of illegal online activities. Beleive me sir I am not involved in any such wrong doings. Please help me recover my IP address. Change my IP address and make a private IP address. I tried searching for a suitable option in settings but there is no such one for this purpose. I have been blocked for my no fault. Please help me.

  Also, no one I know can afford an IP address they would own on the Internet.

  I think you need to look into using a VPN (Virtual Private Network). Just Google it to find out more and obtain available services (some are free).

  Are you looking for a “Private” IP address or a “Static” IP address?
  I think you mean a Static one.

  What can I use on my phone to be incognito? Often I go to a dating site and I don’t want someone to see my region.

  The best way to go about evading geo-block restrictions and getting a dedicated IP address is to use a VPN. There are hundreds of options to choose from Ivacy VPN is one suggestion that I can put forth if you are looking for one.

  As advised by many others, why not use a VPN.?
  
  I could’ve attached a few good VPNs here but I think I would get banned for spam.
  
  Your problem is related to IP address. A VPN can not only help you to get a private IP address but it can also protect you from many cyberattacks that involves IP manipulation.
