Want to Extract files from Corrupt VHD

By angline ·
My VHD got corrupted last week. I tried lots of ways but none of them worked well. I want to extract my files from VHD. There is a lot of my pics and other important stuff there. Is there any software which can sort-out my problem and get my entire stuff back without any damage of data?

All help greatly appreciated

Best Data Recovery Software

by susanhsullivan In reply to Want to Extract files fro ...

Hi,
Sorry for the late answer.
1) Firstly, perform a low level cloning of your external hard drive to another external hard drive.
2) Secondly, unplug your original external hard drive (so that your HFS data won't be damaged).
And keep it as a backup during all the file recovery.
3) Thirdly, plug a third external hard drive where the extracted files will be outputted.
4) Lastly, use a good data recovery software to recover files from FAT/NTFS from the cloned hard drive.
Do hope it could help you:- http://www.en.windowsrecovery.net
