Watchguard Mobile User VPN-Timeout?

I am a remote user and have Watchguard Mibile User VPN. Each day after being connected about 8.5 - 9 hours, I loose the VPN for a short time. It does reconnect, but some of the programs I have open that use the home office database have to be rebooted. I've been told my our IT manager that we do not have any limit to connect time, but since this has gone on for about 2 years and I've changed ISP's with no improvement, there must be some setting that is not correct.
Any input would be most welcome.. thanks in advance

Same issue with Watchguard MUVPN

We have the same issue. I have tried to eliminate all the 'time-out' options but we still have issues in the same time frame of around 8 hours.

Are you active when the system disconnects you? Do you know if the Firebox is WFS or Fireware?

yes, I am active so it is not due to inactivity. I believe it is WFS, but would have to definitely check with our IT people.
