Weather Stations and the Cloud

I've always been interested in observing the weather. Let's face it, the weather man never gets it right. Plus my tech background makes me intrigued with all the gadgets they come out with. I'm ready to bite the bullet and get something for my hobby farm.

Anyone here have experience with a station that does a good job interfacing with Weather Underground? I've been looking at the Ambient Weather WS-2902 vs the new AcuRite Atlas.

I stumbled upon this article stating that the WS-2902 is the best weather station for Weather Underground:

I'm hoping to get confirmation from someone with first-hand experience and how time consuming it is to set it up.

Weather Stations

by nickdenver91 In reply to Weather Stations and the ...

I was referred to Davis Instruments 6152 from either or from [Can't remember, which site it was]

One of my friend later brought it from Amazon, And he seems satisfied. Ambient Weather WS-2902 seems very interstesting also.I read out some other reviews now And seems like, It can be better than Davis one.

Let me know the review,If you already brought it,
