I recently installed jap a small proxy program I realised it slowed down my connection, I uninstalled it after that I was not able to browse the internet with both IE 7 and firefox, I can use messenger and any other program but not those two because they were the ones i use the proxy on, although i changed the settings in the browers to direct connection, to no avail I still cant browse the internet. I am mystified of the cause.
