Web Design Software

Can anyone tell me of a good and easy software which i can use to build a website.

I want it build the website and let to show me what the website will look when i put it online. I would like to see the html code.

I have tried Frontpage but could not get the hang of it

Really, all you need is notepad and Internet Explorer.
FrontPage is one of the easier apps to use. What you see is what you get.

John,

First - determine what your web server is running. This will dictate what you develop in (coding), which will then determine what options you have available to you for web development.

Since you did mention Front Page, the assumption would be that you have a Microsoft server with IIS. If that is true, then I'd take some of the suggestions aforementioned - although FrontPage is a very nice option and can increase your development time because of the many things that MS has put into the backend.

Web development software is purely opinion, so you'll have to try many of the packages that are out there - but heed my warning which was to ensure you know what your web server is running (Apache, IIS, etc.)..
