Web enabled frontend for SQL 2000!

By Whatme? ·
The title says a lot. I have an existing SQL 2000 database. I would like to create some "forms" on the web that would enter info into SQL... and with a search key, recreate the same form or parts thereof for printing. In other words I believe I would like to create a new frontend but fully web enabled.
What software (ex. frontpage etc) could I use? and what problems could I expect to run across? I also would be interested in sourcing companies or individuals who may be interested in this project.

Yes, you can create a web page using Front page or any other html tool. But you need a database connection object to update the DB. Check with a Active Server Pages books available in the market.

Thanks for the reply. I hear a lot about coding and such but I am unable to do so. I know how I want my frontend to be but so far any developer has been unable to come up with any web enabled frontend.... so I am going to tackle this by myself
