WEB MAIL using IE7

I am currently out on medical LOA so I am using IE7 web mail as a way of communication to the office.
When I do a reply to an email the test comes out in Japanese, Korean or something like that to the user I am replying. I have looked through all of my internet options but haven’t found any settings that reference anything other the English. Can someone help me as this is driving me crazy.
