I manage a team of high performance individuals, who are mostly out of the office. They are very good in keeping their electronic diaries up to date.
the problem I have is that when I need to schedule a resource I need to create a new appointmentand invite them all to see which one of them can attend to the job. I have reduced the complexity of this by having them in a group which I then expand.
What I would like is to be able view a web page that had a week at a time across the top an a list of my team down the side, showing their appointments in a bar chart type format.
Would prefer if any solution available did not require loading extra software on Exchange server as corporate IM team is not too helpfulif we have to move off the cororate standard.
Our systems are currently Exchange 5 and Outlook 2000
