What adapter to pull data off hard drive?

My laptop died and I want to recover data from hard drive. P/N hfs256g39tnd-n210avbb. When I look at SATA to usb adapters, the connection does not look like the SSD card I have. What would be the appropriate adapter to buy to be able to connect to my SSD?

A few things need to be confirmed:

      1. What is the exact make/model of the computer the SSD drive was connected to ?

      2. What is the exact make/model of the SSD drive/card ?

Not enough information has been provided yet and not likely to receive any solid advice.

I believe that this is a description of the SSD: Hynix 256GB M.2 Solid State Drive 80MM L. You might reach out to the manufacturer (Hynix) for more technical information about the interface. It does look like that Amazon no longer has that exact P/N currently available.

      Good luck.
