I can’t seem to download any of the articles. Every time I click on the link from an email I’m taken to the download page, then I click on download and am taken to a login page. After I login I’m taken back to the downloads page but nothing ever downloads ???? Then I keep going around in circles. What’s going on? I’ve tried using Firefox and IE with no luck. Can someone please explain the correct procedure to download articles. Or should I take a course in rocket science first?
