First design a WordPress website without such a plugin. Than do the same without it. If you have this done by different teams in your company, I’m sure this will result in a good insight in pros and cons.

Well Using builder may be facing speed issue, I recommend you to use light weight theme like kadence, I am using same theme for my client website as well ( **** ) You can check the speed.
