What are these files?

Hello, anyone could help me identify those files? These are some large .tmp files in C:/Users/(my-name)/AppData/Local/Temp, they are all called like “PKM5C49.tmp”, they all start with PKM… and they all weigh 800-839MB (each). Together about 19GB, oh, one of them weighs 0. When I sum them up with regular system files it seems my Win10 takes more-less half of my SSD (50GB, laptop), which seems suspiciously too much to me and I wonder if all these .tmp really are some system important files? Anyone knows? (I wanted to add an attachment pic but not sure how or I just cannot)
