What are your tools for consulting?
I’m a force.com/cloud consultant. My day consistents of managing Dev’s, client stakeholders, BA’s, my PM, engagement manager etc.
I use a combination of Jira, Google Docs, Lucid Charts, evernote (badly) to manage my day.
There must be a better way! What tools do you use for:
Requirements
PM
Change Requests
Late changes in requirements
Managing emails (where requirements may surface)
Day to day task management
Knowledge Management (especially when discovering a new technology)
Folder Structure
If there is a “GOLD” post about this, that would be great!
