What can be done for the following error

While executing a query ‘select * from tbl’ from the query analyzer i got the message Attempt to fetch logical page 2382 in database ‘dbtest’ belongs to object ‘1424007584’, not to object ‘tbl’. DB-process failed. Connection Broken.

What can i donow?

i’ve searched in the sysobjects table with the id 1424007584 but no rows were returned.
