What can be done using Outlook Templates

By JG@FJ ·
Just seen the article about Outlook templates and use or not of default signature and this has got me wondering about the use of these templates.

Does anyone know if you can set the following on Outlook Templates:
1) The account to be used to send the mail
2) The recipients in the "To", "CC" & "BCC" fields

It works for me

I just tested it (Outlook XP), and you just need to put the recipient names in the correct fields, then select the account from which you wish to send the message. Once you save the template then reopen it, you will not see the message, "Message will be sent using X account," but it does send from the correct account. -At least, it did during my test runs.

Thanks for trying this out, I haven't had the chance yet but if it worked for you it should work for me.

Cheers
