I'm not a Linux guru, but that looks suspiciously like the output for "ls -l"

I guess the only way to get this kind of output is by running a script.

If you want to just get the last four lines, pipe ls -l through the tail command. If I recall tail usage correctly, you'll want to type:

ls -l | tail -4

If that's not quite right, check out the man page for tail. It will tell you the proper syntax to just give you the last 4 lines.
