I try to find the best data recovery software, and I find some like Recuva, BLR Data Recovery Tool, DiskDrill, R-Studio, and others, but I’m totally confused about which one is the best for recovering data loss.

The best for a particular situation is the one that works best for that situation. Why do you think there is one that works best for all situations?

I am also finding the blended software to recover all types of data, like corrupted files, formatted data, crash PC data, and damaged HDD data.

I recommend to using the BLR data recovery tool for your data loss since I just had data loss due to a problem with an external drive in my Windows 10 and will attempt this data recovery software to restore data.
So I can recommend using this, but first test the free trial version of the software.

Thank you for the suggestion, but the BLR data recovery software is paid, are there any free data recovery tools available?

You asked for the best (professional) software, not for free software. That’s a totally other question.
If you’re data is worth less than the price of the common recovery software, then it’s hardly worth the trouble to recover it, I’d say.

Recuva’s easy to use, BLR Data Recovery Tool’s good for tricky recoveries, DiskDrill’s got a nice interface, and R-Studio’s super powerful but kinda complex. It depends on what you need.

I would also recommend Disk Drill. It has a free basic plan, but it’s for personal use only. I’m not sure if there are any free tools available for professional use

Top options for professional use are R-Studio(Windows, Mac, Linux), Disk Drill(Windows, Mac), Stellar Data Recovery Professional, DMDE(Windows, Mac, Linux). For the best chance of recovering your data, act quickly and avoid further use of the storage device.

Ultimately, the best data recovery software for you will depend on the specific nature of your data loss scenario, your familiarity with the software, and the level of support and features required for professional use. I would recommend SysInfo Windows Data Recovery software which provides a complete solution to fix all Windows data corruption errors and recover data from corrupt, damaged, or inaccessible drives. The software is competent enough to recover lost documents, email files, photos, videos, and more to their original state.
