Contact Dell. They should be able to provide a recovery CD for a minimal charge.

Apparently the DELL 4300 has a Nvidia graphics card ...

A 64MB nVidia GeForce3 graphics card to be precise. So, if you are lacking a Drivers disc for this machine, and you reckon DELL has no support for it (?) - I'd reckon you might find a suitable driver on the Nvidia site.

*Unfortunately the Nvidia site only offers graphics drivers as far back as the GeForce 4 MX series, but if you were able to log on with the offending machine it could run a scan on it - although I doubt if you'll get online without reasonable VGA graphics.

Might be worth a try though.

*Edit for checking Nvidia site.

If that is correct ^ Then here's your driver

However you'd be better off plugged in the tag number on the support website to find the exact driver, just in case you have a different video card.
