That are two different questions.
Let me first answer the second one. No, I don’t use cloud, as far as I know. I did it in the past, when I used Google Drive for my work.
The first one is more difficult. To get an idea, have a look at what Google Cloud services offer at https://cloud.google.com/products/ .
But realize that there are many other companies offering cloud services such as Amazon (AWS) and Microsoft (Azure). I leave it to you to look at what they offer. -

Cloud-based software simply refers to any software program or application that’s stored, managed, and available through the cloud. To access such services or software programs, users must have an internet connection. It is generally stored on shared computing resources, such as cloud servers.

In a cloud computing environment, software performs various functions to facilitate the delivery of services and resources over the internet. Here are some key roles that software plays in the cloud:
Resource Management: Cloud software orchestrates and manages the allocation of computing resources such as virtual machines, storage, and networking components to users and applications based on demand.
Service Provisioning: Cloud software enables the provisioning of services, allowing users to quickly deploy and scale applications and resources as needed without the need for manual intervention.
Automation: Cloud software automates various tasks and processes, including deployment, scaling, monitoring, and maintenance, to improve efficiency, reduce human error, and ensure consistent performance.
Security: Cloud software implements security measures such as encryption, access controls, authentication, and threat detection to protect data, applications, and infrastructure from unauthorized access, cyber threats, and data breaches.
Monitoring and Analytics: Cloud software provides monitoring tools and analytics capabilities to track the performance, availability, and usage of cloud resources and services, enabling users to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and make informed decisions.
Integration: Cloud software facilitates the integration of disparate systems, applications, and data sources across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, enabling seamless communication and interoperability.
Compliance and Governance: Cloud software helps organizations enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by implementing governance frameworks, auditing capabilities, and compliance controls.
Overall, cloud software plays a crucial role in enabling the flexibility, scalability, and agility of cloud computing environments, empowering organizations to leverage the benefits of cloud technology effectively!

Yes, we use cloud infrastructure. Cloud computing has been a major trend in this technological world. Below are some common uses of cloud computing that should prompt you to consider how this technology can assist your business.
File storage
You have many options for storing and accessing your data. There are hard drives on your laptop, external hard drives for backing up and transferring data, network file shares, USB drives, and more. What makes cloud storage unique among so many storage options? Cloud storage is appealing because files can be easily accessed and edited. You can access your files from anywhere with an internet connection.
Big Data Analytics
When purchasing cloud computing resources, you may have to cut budgets for other essential services, such as marketing. When you adopt cloud computing, you won’t have to do this.Among the advantages of cloud computing is its pay-as-you-go pricing model. As a result, you won’t have to pay for unused time – saving your business a lot of money. Resources are only accessed and paid for when you need them.
Data Backups
In order to overcome these challenges, cloud-based backup and archiving can be used. It provides maximum data security and is easy to implement. By using cloud-based storage systems, you can backup or archive your sensitive files. Even if your live data is compromised, your data remains intact. You can schedule backups with some cloud computing services based on your needs. In addition, you can encrypt your cloud backups to prevent hackers and snoopers from accessing them.
