      How do you mean “pardot or cloud”? Pardot is cloud-based, like all Salesforce software.

      It’s up to you to find a software package that meets your requirements. We can’t do that for you.

      Salesforce Pardot is an AI-based B2B marketing automation tool that is cloud-based. Means “Salesforce Pardot” is just the name of a product introduced by Salesforce. I will never suggest this tool for SMEs due to cost but if you have money, then go for it.
